Story of Self: Using Stories as Tools for Social Change
Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Presented by Sarah Inskeep, Regional Field Manager for Planned Parenthood, Greater Ohio, Columbus.
Come to this Skill Builder and learn to use stories at tools for social change. Storytelling is very important in advocacy. Stories move others to action. You will learn how to use public narrative. You will receive the components needed to create your own story of self. You will leave ready to teach and encourage your volunteers to tell their stories.
Submit your nominations for the 2017 CAVA Awards and honor your volunteers, your volunteer administrators, your organization, and your community!
