Carol Rountree has been the Non-Profit Coordinator at UGIVE.org for
nearly 4 years. A native upstate New Yorker, she got her degree from SUNY Brockport in Elementary Education and Sociology. She has over ten years experience working in the field of education and has helped develop three educational software programs. She is currently her daughter’s Girl Scout leader, the coordinator of a MOMSnext Moms support group, is on the Board of CAVA as well as Healthy Visions, and is on the planning Committee for the Ohio Service and Volunteerism Conference. She lives in Loveland with her husband and two daughters.

Lisa joined Ronald McDonald House as a volunteer in 2006. She took on the job of Meals & Activities Coordinator 2009, and works with volunteers groups to bring food and fun to the House on a daily basis. She is also in charge of promoting the House's Pull Tab program. Lisa earned CAVA's MVP certificate in 2011 and joined the CAVA board that same year.

Karen Wittmer is now the Program Coordinator for Volunteers for the City of Hamilton. Previously, she was the Coordinator of Volunteers for the City of Fairfield. Karen has been on the CAVA Board for about 8 years now serving as Secretary. Karen has an Associate Degree in Business from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's in Personnel Management from Miami University. She lives in Fairfield and has a daughter, Amanda, who is a Senior at Fairfield High School and she and her husband Dan have been married 23 years.
